How Can You Provide Meaningful Feedback to Your Peers?

This is a picture of a man saying he want your feedback

Peer editing has always been something that I find challenging. I have always felt like I did not know where to start because I don't want to sound rude while trying to give advice. I really enjoyed reading the bog and watching the videos and power points to this assignment. It really taught me what I needed to know for peer editing.

Like I stated above, all of the videos and blogs helped me learn how to truly peer edit the right way. One video that especially helped me was the "What is Peer Editing." I learn that the first step in peer editing is Compliments. I think that when I peer edit, I tend to do this more then anything else. The second step is Suggestions. I believe that this might be the hardest step for me because I am always unsure as to what I should suggest for the peer to do. I enjoyed the video because it teaches you what things to suggest for the peer. Things such as: details, organization, sentences, and topic. The third step is Correction. The video suggests that you correct your peer in things such as: grammar, sentences, punctuation, and spelling.

I am glad that this blog post had these assigned videos. I learned a lot and look forward to using my new information when I peer edit next.
